Refund policy
Dansko gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased online for a refund or exchange within 60 days of original purchase. There are no fees associated with online returns or exchanges of full-priced footwear.
Select items including accessories, socks, personalized footwear, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Footwear designated as “Final Sale” ending in $.98 are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Item exchange subject to availability or store credit will be issued. Please contact our team at moreinfo@dansko.com with any questions about sale products.
