Return/Exchange Policy for WWW.DANSKO.COM Purchases
If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase you made on the
WWW.DANSKO.COM website you may return the purchase in its
original unworn, resalable condition and packaging within 60 days
of the purchase date.
In the continental US, return shipping is free when you make an
exchange via WWW.DANSKO.COM. If you are returning for any reason
other than an exchange or defective product (as described in the
Defective Product Policy below), upon receipt of your return,
Dansko will deduct $6.00 from your refund.
To begin the return process, click on the link below to obtain
the required Dansko return authorization (RA) number and to print
the FedEx pre-paid return label. Dansko does not reimburse any
shipping charges associated with the original sale. Alaska and
Hawaii customers, please contact Customer Service for a return or

return for receipt and processing at our distribution center.
Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used at time of
purchase. Please allow 5 to 7 business days, after return
processing, for the credit to be issued to your card.
Your exchange order is placed once we complete your return. If
there is a difference in cost from the item you are returning, and
that difference is less than the initial item purchase price,
Dansko will credit your original credit card used at time of
purchase. If the difference in cost for your exchange item is
greater than the initial item purchase price, Dansko will charge
the difference to the credit card provided on your exchange form.
Please note, exchanges are subject to availability. If the
requested exchange item is unavailable, Dansko will issue a credit
to your credit card used for the initial item purchase.

Defective Product Policy
Dansko guarantees our product from manufacturer’s defects
within a reasonable amount of time and wear/use. If you
believe that your purchase from the WWW.DANSKO.COM website
has a defect, please contact Customer Service immediately to
arrange for a return for inspection. If we find that the product
contains a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace it.
