Returns & Exchanges

Dansko gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased online for a refund or exchange within 60 days of original purchase.

Select items including accessories, socks, personalized footwear, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Footwear designated as “SALE” ending in $.98 are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Please contact our team at moreinfo@dansko.com with any questions about sale products.

The first online exchange per order is free. After exchanging once, the order will then be treated as a return. Returns
will incur a $7.95 return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund.

Sizing

Dansko shoes are sized according to European (EU) whole size standards.

The correct size should account for a pinky width of space between your heel and the back lining of the clog. Each clog style page includes a video that shows how your clogs should fit.

Yes! We offer additional width options in noted styles. We also offer adjustability options in select collections, such as laces, buckles, backstraps, and elastic goring that can accommodate many special fit concerns.

Some Dansko collections feature a removable footbed which can accommodate custom orthotics. Due to the custom nature of orthotics, we recommend trying the shoes on with the orthotics to ensure a good fit.

Orders and Shipping

We ship to the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. All orders are shipped via FedEx.

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to process and tracking to populate.

At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US territories or outside of the United States. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

In an effort to provide quick and timely shipping, we are not able to make changes to an order once it has been placed.

Product Questions

We are proud to carry the American Podiatric Medical Associations (APMA) Seal of Acceptance. The APMA awards the Seal after rigorously evaluating a product to determine if it promotes quality foot health. For a list of collections that have been awarded the Seal, visit Women's APMA Accepted Footwear or Men's APMA Accepted Footwear.

The country where the shoe is manufactured is listed on the interior of the shoe. To ensure that Dansko provides a superior product, we select and work closely with only the very best manufacturers. We select our sourcing partners based on their proximity and access to raw materials, as well as for their expertise.

At this time Dansko does not make steel toe footwear.

AfterPay

Afterpay is a service that allows you to pay for your Dansko shoes in installments. Paying by installments via Afterpay is available on orders with a minimum value of $125.

You are not able to purchase gift cards using Afterpay. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Afterpay eligible products, and plan to use Afterpay, you will need to place two separate orders.

If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return policy here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.
