Dansko is a winner when it comes to the Philadelphia region’s Top Places To Work. This is the second year we have participated and the second time we have appeared on the list.  The honor was awarded by WorkPlaceDynamics.

“To be chosen for the second year in a row is a great honor, especially as this award is based on positive feedback from our employees,” says Dansko Employee Relations Manager, Marc Vettori. “Our participation in workplace surveys was born from a desire to stay in tune with our employees, better our business practices, and ensure Dansko continues to be a great place to work.”

Vettori replied, “We don’t have a special formula,” replied Vettori. “We just try to create an environment that’s open and supportive. We encourage people to find their passion and use that passion to improve our business as well as our community.”
