  I've had 2 foot surgeries on my left foot. I'm on my feet all day long as a social worker/case manager for a huge insurance company. I'm in and out of client homes all day and often those homes have broken, shaky, unstable stairs. I need a solid shoe that is comfortable and easy to wear. I have several pair of Dansko shoes and love every single pair. I don't go out to visit clients without them. Even the foot I've had surgeries on doesn't hurt anymore when I wear my Dansko shoes. I even wore them all day on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve when I spent more time in the kitchen cooking than doing anything else!

  Your shoes, hands down, are the best thing I've ever done for my feet! As a nurse there are days that I am on my feet for as long as 17 hours and I can go to work and know that my feet won't hurt at the end of the day.   I started my own bakery business 2 years ago. I am the only person baking and filling orders and was on my feet for 12-16 hours at a time sometimes with no break. The pain in my feet and back were starting to really take a toll on me. Someone told me I should look into Dansko shoes. My first pair became the only shoes I wore. All of my other shoes sat in the closet and collected dust. I felt like I had energy again to work and wasn't consumed with the pain in my back. I invested in a second pair just to give my other ones a rest and be able to change it up a little. I even wore them to walk around New York City all day. I may have become slightly obsessed with these shoes!

  I purchased my Dansko shoes for a recent trip to Europe. I planned on wearing a different pair of shoes for all the walking and sightseeing and use my Dansko shoes for the leisure days as these have a good sized heel. Boy, was I surprised!   As a teacher I spend all day on my feet. I wish I had known about Dansko when my career started over 20 years ago! It would have saved me from the cheap/cute shoes I used to wear. My mom told me to keep a pair of flats in my desk drawer for when my feet started to hurt. I don't have to do that anymore now that I wear Dansko!!!   I'm a HUGE fan of Dansko! I'm an executive pastry chef and I own many pairs of Dansko Professional clogs (my favorite being leopard print.) I've worn Dansko Professionals every single day of my career, thanks to a mentor’s guidance ten years ago. I basically live in my Professionals. I'm often seen wearing them after work, running errands, and almost always to the farmers market. I'll admit, I've tried on others, but they just can't compare to my Professionals.   I bought my first pair of Dansko shoes because of the look. After wearing them, I realized that my lower back didn't hurt as much as with other shoes. I also noticed less foot fatigue. I wear them all the time now. They look great with jeans as well as scrubs and casual dress clothes!!
